Because of Matthew 28:19-20 “the Great Commission,” we are all leaders because we are suppose to lead people to Christ.

Secular (Worldly) Leadership promotes him/herself.  Christian Leadership SHOULD help develop others (make disciples).

Excellence flows from top down.

Q: Whom Do We Represent? A: We represent the greatest Kingdom:

How are we to Represent?

1. In appearance: dress for success.
2. Work on your vocal presentation; use correct grammar; enunciate clearly  
3. Have a Godly attitude.  Beware of haughtiness or rude demeanor.  Don’t be demanding in your position
4. Conduct:  1 Thessalonians 5:22 (KJV) Abstain from all appearance of evil

Ministers excellence is to be visible 24/7, whether in the secular world or in the Christian realm.

People respond positively or negatively to Jesus based on how we represent Jesus.

God is our refuge

DAY 232: God favored Esther, God favors ME!

Psalm 44:3 - For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, ...; But it was Your right hand,...Because You favored them.

God favored Queen Esther, God favors ME!

Esther 5:2 NKJ

So it was, when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, that she found favor in his sight, and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther went near and touched the top of the scepter.

Notes: 

1)  Twice Queen Esther appeared before the king without being summons, twice golden scepter of grace was extended to her.

2)  Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV)  Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

3) God wants us to come to Him with our request.

Philippians 4:6 (NKJV) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
