Because of Matthew 28:19-20 “the Great Commission,” we are all leaders because we are suppose to lead people to Christ.
Secular (Worldly) Leadership promotes him/herself. Christian Leadership SHOULD help develop others (make disciples).
Excellence flows from top down.

How are we to Represent?
- In appearance: dress for success.
- Work on your vocal presentation; use correct grammar; enunciate clearly
- Have a Godly attitude. Beware of haughtiness or rude demeanor. Don’t be demanding in your position
- Conduct: 1 Thessalonians 5:22 (KJV) Abstain from all appearance of evil
Ministers excellence is to be visible 24/7, whether in the secular world or in the Christian realm.
People respond positively or negatively to Jesus based on how we represent Jesus.
